Mastering Change Management

Tackling change management at an enterprise of any size can leave many people scratching their heads where to start. At PROS we've developed a framework to help begin to approach change management more easily. The framework centers around four key Adoption Accelerators:

4. Reinforce with formal mechanisms 

Using these four Adoption Accelerators, one can easily begin to build out an adoption acceleration plan with targeted specific actions. Subsequent posts will elaborate on each Adoption Accelerator in turn.
