I’m Alberto Maldonado, a Customer Success Manager at PROS! I’m excited to connect with all of you and support your journey with our platform. 

A bit about me: 

• Experience: 5.5 years at PROS, with a background in CPQ. Previously was part of Professional Services implementing PROS Smart CPQ as a Lead Implementation Consultant.
• Passions: Ensuring that our customers get the most value out of their PROS solution and beyond! That plus food- definitely a big cuisine aficionado.
• Fun Fact: Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my 6 month old son and wife, and playing soccer on the weekend.
