I’m Hailey and I am an Associate Customer Success Manager at PROS! I’m excited to connect with all of you and support your journey with our platform. 

A bit about me: 

• Experience:  I am coming up on my third year at PROS working within the CS organization, with a background in sales. 
• Passions:  Helping customers achieve full adoption and value within the PROS Solution. I also work as a CAP lead for Price Optimization, so please reach out with any Guidance questions or adoption concerns.
• Fun Fact: Outside of work, I enjoy paddleboarding, exploring new restaurants, and taking my Husky out on trails in Austin!
