I’m Sebastian Redtka, Director of Customer Success at PROS and looking forward to connect with all of you.

A bit about me:

• Experience: I’m into my 12th year at PROS, having covered various customer facing leadership roles in e.g. Professional Services and Customer Success.
• Passions: Building strong partnerships to help customers succeed and achieve great value.
• Fun Fact: From my home in northwest Germany it takes just 15 minutes by bike to get to Holland, and that’s where the best ice cream parlor in the region is.
